  • We work both with the holistic journey (the full scope of employment) and specific journey parts (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, learning etc.). This means we can provide input for your strategy and EVP as well as plan out the specifics of a particular moment in the people experience.

  • While we pride ourselves in staying flexible and creative our delivery usually falls into one or more of the following:

    • INSIGHT (the base for design): Research, people insight, data, journey mapping - including e.g. pains, gains and key moments

    • DESIGN: creating the to-be experience and journey e.g. outlining the process, identifying tools and points of interaction as well as testing and

    • TRANSFER: support to maintain an experience-based way of working, tools and guidance on how to continue working with data, feedback and continuous improvement

  • We are firm believers that all the answers needed already exist within the organisation - i.e. it’s not about us having all the answers, but about finding them together. Our role mainly being that of catalysts and facilitators rather than traditional consultants.

    That said, we always bring to the table extensive experience of culture and change-work and strategic HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning, leadership as well as employee engagement and internal communication. Feel free to explore our experience further. Where we might lack knowledge, we have a curated group of experts in different fields who can step in to add and challenge perspectives.

  • To frame your unique needs we offer a 2 hour workshop session aimed to frame your core challenges, and desired points of impact. Based on that we suggest scope and course(s) of action. Read more about [How we work].

  • We prefer to get as close to the organisation as possible. We define together what that looks like. It can mean running a lot of sessions online to capture your hidden treasures or setting up shop in your office for periods of time. All will depend on your aims and what’s needed to deliver the project.
