  • Our design program is ideal for companies with a minimum of 250 people and up to enterprise level across multiple locations

    Whether you’re scaling quickly, adapting to hybrid or need to upgrade your onboarding. We can easily scale our team to support you.

  • Key factors impacting time are contextual to each company depending on scale, complexity of operations, existing strategic initiatives and internal resource/stakeholder time.

    As a guide, for smaller organizations no less than 6 weeks. For larger companies this could extend to several month depending on scale and complexity.

  • Firstly, we can adjust our approach to suit the level of resource you have available inside your organisation. We’re happy to take the lead or integrate with your people/HR team to ensure knowledge is transferred and there’s capability to continue work post project.

    We typically require 30 - 45mins with key stakeholders (IT, People/HR, recent hires and hiring managers) when exploring.

    Support with logistics of setting meetings up, coordinating internally, physical space if required.

  • Our intention is to transfer knowledge so that the implementation is smooth and effective.
