FounderI’m an explorer, interpreter, growth-facilitator and visionary.
A corporate hippie, poet and nerd for all things human growth.
What brought me here?Creating conditions for humans with minds, bodies and souls to thrive has always been my mission.
I’ve spent more than 10 years in corporate people-functions - driving change, and building culture and experiences for co-workers.Wonder is my way of exploring and pushing the boundaries on how we can truly center humans in the way we build our world. Beyond technology, data and processes (which can all be fantastic tools), I want to facilitate spaces where diverse people can come together to share, listen and co-create better places to live, work, learn and simply be.

Anything relating to experiences gets my attention. It’s a huge passion of mine. How to design, create and code moments in time that live long in the memory. What’s there not to love about this?!What brought me here?
Wonder represents a step into a new chapter of life and identity. After 20+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition as a business owner. I took on a new focus centred around this red thread that had always been in my life - ‘experiences’.
Taking me on a transformational journey across 7 years - moving to Sweden, discovering human-centred design and how this powers employee experiences. Learning design sprints, facilitation, podcasting and keynote speaking. Completing my personal journey to bringing value to people as an Employee Experience Designer.
It’s been a ride. I’m very much looking forward to seeing what impact we can have on the world and the future human experience.
